- He has graduated from the University of Łódź in Accounting and Finance Management and from the Irish Athlone Institute of Technology in Business Studies-European Business Management.
- From 2008 to 2015, he worked in a controlling department of Cyfrowy Polsat S.A., taking positions i.a. of Specialist in Financial Reporting, Financial Analyst and Financial Controller. He was involved in preparation of financial statements and he exercised supervision over accounting function. Tomasz also dealt with Cyfrowy Polsat’s and Telewizja Polsat’s foreign related entities.
- Since 2013 Tomasz has been a shareholder of an accounting office: Biuro Rachunkowe Nobiler Barańczuk i Leśniczuk, which has founded with the current partner of Warsaw Business Consulting- Wojciech Barańczuk.
- In the past, he worked in an accounting office – Biuro Rachunkowo-Konsultacyjne Abak s.c. He also gained auditing experience in KPMG, he participated in audits and reviews of financial statements prepared in accordance with Polish and international financial reporting standards.
- During his career he provided services e.g. for: Agfa, Arcadis, Capgemini, Cyfrowy Polsat, Dangaard, Delisam, Demont, DSV Road, Frans Maas, G4S, ING Lease, Juvenia, Polsat Brands, Polsat License, Ronson.
